Treelip provides data-driven intelligence tools for pharmaceutical business development, strategy, and market intelligence professionals. All outputs are derived from publicly available sources including FDA Orange Book, ClinicalTrials.gov, and other public regulatory and clinical databases.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own internal business or research purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the Site without written permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Site
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Site
• Use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Represent Treelip's outputs as investment, legal, or medical advice to third parties

4. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and the selection and arrangement of content, is owned by or licensed to Treelip and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The underlying data originates from public government databases and is not owned by Treelip.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or logos without our prior written consent.

5. No Professional Advice

The information and outputs on the Site are for first-pass prioritization and informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, legal advice, medical advice, or any other professional advice. 6. Third-Party Data and Links

The Site aggregates data from public third-party sources (FDA, ClinicalTrials.gov, etc.). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of that data. Third-party links on the Site are provided for convenience only; we do not endorse and are not responsible for any third-party content.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Treelip and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
