1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

We collect information you voluntarily submit, such as your name and email address when you fill out an access request or waitlist form on the Site. Depending on the form, you may also provide company name, role, therapeutic interests, tool selections, CSV delivery preferences, and free-text requests.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our analytics partners may automatically collect:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Referring URL
  • IP address and approximate geographic location (country / state level)
  • Interaction events (clicks, scroll depth) via Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and manage waitlist or access requests
  • Analyze and improve the Site and its tools
  • Understand which features are most useful to our audience
  • Send you updates about Treelip tools and data refreshes only when you opt in
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with:

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Waitlist and access-request submissions may be retained in access-controlled internal records so we can honor the tool, CSV, and follow-up requests you make. Email addresses collected through access request forms are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
